Morristown firm sells Va. building for $41M

Morristown-based real estate investment and management firm Normandy Real Estate Partners has sold a Virginia building for $41 million, according to the Washington Business Journal.

Bethesda, Md.-based First Potomac Realty Trust acquired 1775 Wiehle Ave. in Reston, Va., a 130,000-square-foot Class A office building built in 2001. The building’s largest tenant is the law firm Odin Feldman & Pittleman PC, the report said.

Cassidy Turley represented Normandy Real Estate Partners in the deal.
