TD Bank has named Victoria R. Rogers assistant vice president and store manger of the company's Red Bank branch, on West Front Street. Rogers is responsible for new business development, consumer and business lending, managing personnel, and overseeing daily operations at branch. She has 15 years' industry experience, most recently as banking center manager at Bank of America, in Rumson.
Besen Special Assets has named Daniel Kole managing director of the residential whole loan desk. Kole has more than 20 years' industry experience. He holds his series 7, 63, 65, life, health and variable insurance licenses, and also is a certified retirement counselor.
Kole will be responsible for overseeing residential whole loan desk operations for the Red Bank-based investment sales brokerage firm.
TeraExchange LLC named Andrew V. Waskow chief compliance officer and senior vice president, charged with managing compliance and regulatory affairs on a global basis.
Before joining TeraExchange, Waskow spent nine years at Goldman Sachs and three years at Merrill Lynch as an attorney providing strategic guidance on trading and capital markets matters. Waskow earned his law degree from American University's Washington College of Law.
Dr. R. Phillip Dellinger was named chief of the department of medicine at Cooper University Health Care and chair of the department of medicine at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University.
Dellinger will also serve as the medical director of the newly formed Adult Health Institute, which will include endocrinology, family medicine, gastroenterology, geriatrics, infectious disease, internal medicine, nephrology, palliative care, pulmonology and psychiatry. Dellinger will work with other physician and business leaders to expand Cooper's programs aimed at meeting the health care needs of adults.
Riza Dagli, former assistant attorney general of New Jersey, has joined Brach Eichler as a partner. She will chair the Roseland firm's newly launched criminal defense and government investigations practice.
This practice will be devoted to advocacy and counsel in state and federal investigations and prosecutions, from initial inquiries and grand jury subpoenas to trials and appeals. The practice will handle health care and insurance fraud, labor and unemployment fraud, racketeering and money laundering, and environmental crimes.
Dagli has held several key posts within the Office of the Attorney General during his 13 years there, including director of the Medicaid fraud control unit, where he supervised investigations and prosecutions of Medicaid and Medicare fraud, kickback, and off-label marketing litigation. In addition, as deputy director of the Division of Criminal Justice, he supervised organized crime prosecutions as well as labor and environmental crime prosecutions. He also ran the Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor.
Parsippany-based Transwestern named Joseph Polise vice president of construction management. He will work with Transwestern's property management and leasing teams oversee construction management assignments throughout the Northeast.
Polise has expertise in construction cost estimating and value engineering services for office, retail and industrial assignments.
Polise joins Transwestern from Avison Young, where he served as director of construction for the firm's New York City office. Previously, Polise was a senior project manager for Walsh Co., in Westchester County, N.Y.
Roy Paret has joined the Goldstein Group, in Paramus, as a sales associate. He joins Goldstein with 20 years' marketing and sales experience, including work at Ursillo Realty in its commercial, industrial and land division. He was most recently director of sales as a pharmaceutical representative in the medical field.
Lindsay Kochevar was hired as an account executive for Stascom Technologies, a Sparta-based search firm specializing in placing management, sales and marketing talent in the information technology industry. Kochevar, previously a restaurant manager, has a bachelor's degree in biochemistry.
