The two-hour seminar will take place at the Unity Bank Linden Office located at 628 North Wood Avenue on Tuesday, November10, beginning at 6:30 pm. Following the seminar attendees can receive a no-obligation computerized pre-qualification. Mary Gallant and Annette Guerra from Strydesky and Company will inform those in attendance about homeownership tax benefits, current available tax credits and equity build-up. And, Jean Perrotta, an attorney with Perrotta and Fraiser, will cover legal issues such as why you need an attorney, title searches, what’s involved in the closing and what to expect afterward.
