The 2013 NJBIZ Healthcare Heroes awards program honors individuals and organizations that are making a significant impact on the quality of healthcare in New Jersey.

Join us on Tuesday, June 18th for a breakfast awards ceremony as we celebrate these inspirational finalists and announce the winner in each category.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR EVENT ATTENDEES

WHEN: Tuesday, June 18, 2013 8:00am-10:30am

WHERE: The Palace at Somerset Park (GPS address: 333 Davidson Ave, Somerset, NJ, 08873)

PARKING: Upon arriving at The Palace, please follow the event signage to the approved event parking areas.

EVENT AGENDA:
8:00am – 9:00am: Registration, networking and breakfast
9:00am – 9:30am: Welcome and opening remarks
9:30am – 10:30am: Awards program
10:30am: Adjourn & event publication distributed

ATTIRE: Business

TICKETS: We did not issue tickets for the event. Instead, each registered attendee will have a name badge to collect at the event registration desk that morning. A guest list at registration will also verify their attendance.

REFUNDS/SUBSTITUTES: There will be no refunds after June 18, 2013. If one of your registered attendees can no longer make it, you are welcome to send a substitute. Please email Melissa Sullenberger with the name change at melissas@njbiz.com or call 732-246-5737.

MEAL: Breakfast will be served during the registration and networking hour. However, guests are invited to bring their breakfast to the table with them during the awards ceremony.

SEATING: Assigned seating will be issued. Any and all seating requests will be taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed.

SPEECHES: In the interest of time, honorees and winners will not be asked to speak, but they will be asked to participate in a group photo at the end of the event.
