You may cancel your subscription at any time and receive a full refund on all unmailed issues of your print subscription and/or time remaining on your online digital subscription. Please call our customer service department at 1-866-288-7699 to receive a prorated refund. Please note for credit card refunds, the refund will appear as Journal Publications on the credit card statement.

Indemnity/Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Journal Publications, Inc., or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, Journal Publications, Inc.'s materials.
