NAI James E. Hanson negotiates Bloomingdale sale

The former Walker's Deli building and a two-family home situated next door in Bloomingdale have been sold.

NAI James E. Hanson, which represented the seller Waldo LLC, announced the sale of the properties at 217 and 219 Hamburg Turnpike on Thursday. Financial terms were not disclosed.

According to NAI James E. Hanson, the new owner intends to renovate the 2,200-square-foot space at 217 Hamburg and reopen the site as a high-end cafe.

The new owner, who was unnamed, will also make improvements to the 1,200-square-foot home at 219 Hamburg with the intent to pursue apartment leasing, NAI James E. Hanson said.

LJ Koch represented Waldo in the transaction for NAI James E. Hanson. The firm has offices in Teterboro and Parsippany.
