Country Club Plaza sold to Premium Capital Resources
CBRE announced the deal Wednesday. Jeffrey Dunne, Jeremy Neuer, Travis Langer and Zachary McHale of the real estate company’s Institutional Properties team both represented the selling partners, and procured the buyer.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The 97 percent leased, two-building property boasts about 303,777 square feet at 115 and 117 W. Century Road.
According to CBRE, the previous ownership team had invested $3.2 million since the partnership acquired the properties in 2015.
CBRE has New Jersey offices in East Brunswick, Florham Park, Saddle Brook, Woodbury and Mount Laurel.
