In the past month and a half commercial real estate service firm Colliers International NJ LLC said it completed four long-term warehouse/distribution lease transactions totaling more than 300,000 square feet.
Digital Gadgets will relocate from Monroe Township to South Brunswick for a larger distribution facility, Colliers said, where the consumer electronic solutions company has signed on for a full-building, 102,000-square-foot commitment at 138 Georges Road. Cushman & Wakefield served as landlord representative on behalf of property owner Modway.
Also relocating, Cancos Tile Corp. has leased 85,000 square feet of space at 3730 U.S. Route 1 in North Brunswick. Colliers indicated the move will also expand the Long Island-based company’s space. K-South Brunswick Associates, the building’s owner, was also represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
Continuing a relationship initiated when Colliers represented California-based Enterprise Order Solutions for leased space in 2016, Colliers said that the e-commerce logistics provider has leased 67,000 square feet in South Brunswick. The deal at 11 Nicholas Court marks a 39,000-square-foot increase over the 2016 deal. JLL represented LIT Industrial, the property owner, in the transaction.
Bathroom furniture manufacturer and wholesaler Eviva will relocate from Paterson, also to Monroe Township, where it has leased 50,000 square feet at 21 Englehard Drive. According to Colliers, The Torsiello Organization-owned property will serve as the company’s only New Jersey location. Bussel Realty served as landlord broker.
Mike Markey, Jon Tesser and Troy Skibitsky of Colliers’s Woodbridge office brokered the deals from mid-September through October.
