Selby upped to EVP at Savoy
John A. Selby has been appointed executive vice president of Savoy, a leading benefits consulting firm and general agency.
Operating from the firm’s Florham Park office, Selby will be responsible for all products, services and capabilities Savoy provides to brokers and their clients; will lead strategic initiatives for Savoy’s sales executive leadership team; and implement strategies focused on adding services that support its broker partners.
With 30 years’ experience in the health insurance industry in various leadership roles, Selby brings vast knowledge in product development, sales, marketing, long-term planning and revenue growth to the new role.
Selby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Seton Hall University. He has completed executive programs for management and leadership at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Babson College; the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University; and the Center for Creative Leadership. He also attended Disney University's Creative Leadership and People Management programs.
