Rochelle Park-based Tulfra Real Estate said it has completed acquisition and financing to bring a QuickChek to 370 North Ave. E. in Cranford.

Redevelopment at the 1.87-acre former industrial site will come thanks to a permanent loan from First Bank, secured by the long-term QuickCheck land lease.

Executives Michael Klein and Jon Mikula of Holiday Fenoglio Fowler LP sourced the loan on Tulfra’s behalf. First Bank was represented by David Stefano, senior vice president.

Tulfra acquired the property for $2.1 million in a transaction brokered by Aland Goldstein of The Goldstein Group.
