The Creamery at 16 Walling Ave. in Sussex has sold for $2.25 million, The Kislak Co. Inc. has announced.
Kislak marketed the property exclusively on behalf of Creamery Apartments LLC, and Vice President Joseph Keenan represented both the seller and the buyer, F.M.F. Investments LLC, in the transaction.
The building, which was at one point an active creamery, was, according to Kislak, converted to a mixed-use property in the late 1970s. F.M.F. purchased the property three years ago.
The fully-occupied mixed-use building is made up of 20 residential units and five commercial spaces.
Regal Bank provided financing for the sale.
