The expansion will add 42,000 square feet at the Waterfront Corporate Center II building to the 160,000 square feet Jet already occupies at Waterfront Corporate Center III.
The SJP Project Solutions division will oversee Jet’s build-out at Corporate Center II, which SJP developed and owns in part with PGIM.
“Jet’s continued growth has been a major boon to Hoboken since the company established its headquarters in the city in 2015, bringing with it a significant number of jobs and further establishing Hoboken as a premier headquarters location for leading-edge companies,” said SJP CEO Steven Pozycki in a release.
Waterfront Corporate Center is a mixed-use development totaling 1.5 million square feet of commercial space. Newell Brands, Thomson Reuters and Regus are among other tenants.
SJP also developed and served as construction manager for Jet at Corporate Center III, which SJP owns with Mitsui Fudosan America.
