West Essex Graphics has expanded its Fairfield facility, the company said Monday.
Allowing for the installation of a third inline plate processor and additional dryer-light finishing unit, the expansion coincides with the full-service design, prepress and print company’s transition to a three-shift, 24-hour plate-making service.
“The additional equipment allows us to continue turning plates around on very short notice, which has proven to be vital to our clients,” Vice President of Operations Ron Rex said in a release.
West Essex Graphics’ customers reach to the West Coast and the new shift service will assist in meeting deadlines across time zones, the company said.
West Essex Graphics also has an office in Columbus, Ind.
