ZenFi Networks announced Monday it has completed its merger with Morristown-based Cross River Fiber, which will now operate as ZenFi Networks.
The merger finds the New York-based communications infrastructure company expanding its regional team, product portfolio and network in the New York and New Jersey metro area that it serves.
According to ZenFi, as a result of the merger the company’s regional infrastructure now encompasses 700-route-miles of fiber optic network, 119 on-net buildings, 47 colocation facilities and almost 6,000 outdoor wireless locations under contract. ZenFi also owns a trio of special purpose towers serving to endow the high-frequency trading industry.
“We celebrate a new milestone as we formally merge two of the region’s most highly regarded communication infrastructure providers into one agile, innovative organization dedicated to delivering solutions to clients more efficiently,” ZenFi CEO Ray La Chance said in a release.
ZenFi will continue to be led by a combined management team including CEO LaChance, President and Chief Operating Officer Vincenzo Clemente, Chief Revenue Officer Victoria Lambert, Chief Financial Officer Michael Brescio and Chief Administration Officer Rob Sokota.
