Humanscale has signed on as a tenant for the anticipated 2.1 million-square-foot Rockefeller Group Logistics Center currently in development in Piscataway, Rockefeller Group and venture partner PCCP LLC said Thursday.

The office solutions designer and manufacturer said it will use its 155,000 square feet for product distribution.

Jules Nissim, Stan Danzig and Marc Petrella of Cushman & Wakefield, who provide exclusive marketing and leasing for the center, represented Rockefeller and PCCP in the transaction, as did Heath Abramsohn, Rockefeller Group vice president and regional director for the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region.

Rockefeller Group Logistics Center is a 228-acre site that will consist of five buildings ranging from 200,000 square feet to 725,000 square feet in size. Best Buy was previously announced by Rockefeller Group as the first tenant for the property.
