Groome will now occupy a 22,000-square-foot, free-standing facility at 22 Audrey Place.
Charity Realty President James Constanzo exclusively represented Groome during the company’s relocation search.
“We’ve grown at such a pace the last 10 years that our existing spaces in Waldwick simply could not hold us any longer. Our new home gives us everything we need, including room for future growth,” said Groome Industrial President Josh Hankes.
As a result of the sale, Charity Realty presented a grant for $6,000 to be shared among a group of charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity of Paterson, The Land Conservancy of New Jersey in Boonton, Cornerstone Family Programs of Morristown and Homes for Our Troops.
