Former Morris County assistant prosecutor joins Einhorn Harris

By ,

Brian Kenney has joined Einhorn, Harris, Ascher, Barbarito and Frost PC’s Denville office as counsel with the firm’s criminal law group.

Kenney joins Einhorn Harris after a five-year stint as an assistant prosecutor in Morris County, a position he also held from 2002 to 2005. In the interim, he practiced criminal defense with Nuzzi & Mason in Dover.

Einhorn Harris Co-Managing Partner Patricia Barbarito praised Kenney’s background and skills.

“Our Criminal Law Practice includes virtually any indictable criminal matter or municipal court matter that can arise in New Jersey,” Barbarito said in a statement. “With more than 17 years of criminal law experience, including his background as both a county prosecutor and criminal defense attorney, Brian is a tremendous asset to clients charged with alleged criminal violations. He has immense knowledge of criminal defense, domestic violence, law enforcement representation and victim representation.”
