Sanzari Children’s Hospital. NJBIZ Publisher Ken Kizcales begins the award presentation honoring New Jersey business leaders over the age of 60. Juniper Communities Founder and CEO Lynne Katzmann said she was inspired by her grandmother to found a company “based on a vision of aging that sees us alive in every season of life.” Nisivoccia LLP Founding Partner Raymond Nisivoccia, center, has overseen the growth of his firm to its current 20 partners – including 10 who started with the company as interns – and more than 80 employees since its inception almost 50 years ago. Currently a member of The New Jersey Tech Council and NJCPA, The Green Group Chairman and Founder Leonard Green, right, pulled double-duty as both an Icon Honors Award winner himself, and by helping to present awards to his fellow 2018 honorees. Laura Carabello, chief creative officer at CPR Strategic Marketing Communications, has worked with over 1,000 companies worldwide over the course of her career as a strategy consultant. This Icon feels her biggest contribution to New Jersey has been the many careers her company has helped to foster.
