Prism Capital Partners is ready to begin work for the adaptive reuse of the property at the corner of Rahway Avenue and Green Street in Woodbridge, the firm announced, following the completion and submission of a formal site plan.

Prism plans to develop a mixed-use “transit-oriented community” at the 5-acre property featuring upwards of 230 apartments and 12,000 square feet of retail space.

Prism, a Bloomfield-based real estate investment and development company, purchased a controlling interest in the former site of the Lucas Chevrolet dealership in 2015.
