Do you or someone you know have an internet problem? Most likely, according to a new report from internet provider All Home Connections, which ranked New Jersey as the No. 2 most internet-obsessed state in the nation.

If knowing is half the battle, however, things are looking up for the Garden State, which comes in at No. 1 for the most searches for “phone” or “internet addiction.”

According to All Home Connections, 77 percent of Americans use the internet daily.

All Home Connections based their rankings on five criteria: the aforementioned “addiction” searches, distracted driving, online spending, the percentage of the population over the age of 13 and proprietary company data on internet usage.

Oklahoma took top honors as the No. 1 most internet-obsessed state with Alaska, South Dakota and Idaho ranking as the least obsessed.
