Kenilworth-based tech solutions company Diversified has tapped Allison Aden as its new executive vice president and CFO.
Aden joins Diversified from Schweitzer-Mauduit International Inc., a chemical manufacturer based in Atlanta.
"The rate at which our company is growing presented an opportunity for us to bring someone in with proven experience in scaling large organizations," commented Fred D'Alessandro, founder and CEO of Diversified, in a statement. Last week,
Diversified was recently named by Inc. magazine as one of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in America.
At Diversified, Aden will lead the company’s global finance, legal and business operations teams and will report directly to D'Alessandro.
She succeeds Bruce Herman, who held the CFO post for two years. He remains a member of the company’s executive team.
