With its September completion approaching, real estate company LeFrak has unveiled Revetment House, a residential building in Jersey City’s Hamilton Park.
HLW Architects, with headquarters in New York City, designed the 163-unit “industrial chic” building, drawing from the surrounding Hamilton Park aesthetic and the building’s location on a railroad embankment once operated by the Pennsylvania Railroad.
Residences at Revetment range from studio to three bedrooms and start at $2,100. The building features amenities including a dog run, on-site parking and bike storage.
Revetment House is a sister building to LeFrak’s Embankment House property.
