Teaneck hotels target 'modern traveler'
Representatives from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, White Lodging and M&T Bank joined Township of Teaneck Mayor Mohammed Hameeduddin on Aug. 9 at the ribbon cutting for the new Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites at Teaneck.
The property, developed and owned by Alfred Sanzari is managed by White Lodging.
Located on Glenpointe campus the hotels feature a total of 350 guest rooms.
The hotels share a lobby, Crossroads bar, 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool and a 1,230-square-foot meeting space for up to 100 people.
The 160 rooms under the Homewood moniker feature studio and one-bedroom options, each with fully-equipped kitchens, separate living and sleeping areas, WiFi and grocery shopping service.
The 190 Hampton Inn & Suites accommodations boast, among other amenities, a 24-hour business center.
Glenpointe campus is also home to companies such as Samsung, Unilever and Kumon.
