The single-family home at 176 Ocean Ave. fetched $2.7 million for its seller, an undisclosed private company represented by R. Jerome Jabbour.
Meanwhile, 34 Morris St., also a single-family home, garnered $1.45 million. The private, individual seller of the property was represented by Brian Peykar and Jeffrey Itzkowitz of Brach Eichler LLC.
Both Long Branch properties border the former Ocean Court Motel property at 170 Ocean Ave., which Kushner purchased in a Kislak-arranged off-market sale in 2017.
Kislak Chief Operating Officer Jason Pucci and Senior Vice President Jeffrey Wiener handled both off-market sales.
