Livingston investment brokerage Gebroe-Hammer Associates has reported over $775 million in sales – that’s 5,645 units – for the first two quarters of 2018, President Ken Uranowitz announced.

Notable sales include $56 million for the 304-unit Thousand Oaks Village in Atlantic Highlands and $50 million for 452 multifamily units at Forest Hill Terrance Apartments in Newark.

“A good percentage of our client base remains balanced between institutional investors and private individuals – many of whom have been associated with our firm since its inception 43 years ago and form the backbone of multifamily ownership in the region,” Uranowitz said in a release.

The company operates in New Jersey with submarkets in northeastern Pennsylvania and New York State in addition to representing clients nationally.
