Amy Dupuis has been appointed executive director of the Columbia Bank Foundation.
Dupuis comes to the foundation from Sanofi US where she held the dual roles of vice president of Sanofi Cares Foundation North America and senior manager, North America Corporate Social Responsibility.
In her new role she will be responsible for fostering partnerships, policy and initiatives and reviewing and evaluating grants.
After concluding its initial public offering in April, about $60 million in funding was designated to the foundation.

The foundation plans to utilize its new funding to expand its capabilities to support and grow community projects and programs and increase the value of its grants.
