Life-sciences tech firm opens Whippany facility

New York-based ComboCap, a life-sciences technology company owned by Binutra Holdings, has signed a lease for a 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Whippany.

ComboCap manufactures dual-chamber capsules that deliver product combinations for the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries.

The new facility will be part of a 71,000-square-foot pharmaceutical packaging facility at 125 Parkway owned by Kushner Cos.

Commercial real estate firm Avison Young’s New Jersey office brokered the deal.
