The New Jersey chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association launched this week.
The WWCDA has over 30 chapters worldwide intended to promote the common interests of female attorneys representing corporations and individuals facing legal trouble, and in internal investigations, compliance and ethics matters.
Danielle Corcione, a member in Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi’s white collar criminal defense and government investigations group, will lead the chapter.
“I believe in the collective power of women advancing one another professionally and that commitment aligns perfectly with the WWCDA’s mission,” said Corcione at the chapter’s recent launch event. “It is a privilege to join the organization’s leaders as a member of the WWCDA Advisory Board.”
More than 1,400 members worldwide focus on a range of issues, including antitrust actions, complex commercial litigation, healthcare fraud and abuse, insider trading, securities litigation and more.
