Progress Capital’s Brad Domenico has negotiated a $6.8 million permanent mortgage for a client to purchase a medical office property in Millburn in a recent $8.5 million transaction.

Encompassing 21,834 square feet across two floors, the building is divided into 11 individual units and was fully occupied at the time of purchase.
