Ralph Lauren is moving its Lyndhurst operations to ON3 in Nutley.
In November, Ralph Lauren was approved for $33.1 million in state tax credits. The 10-year award by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority was approved to facilitate the move to ON3, the former Hoffman-LaRoche campus, rather than an alternate site in High Point, N.C.
The decision to stay in New Jersey preserves over 500 jobs, with the expectation to create over 200 more. Eugene Diaz of ON3 property owner Prism Capital Partners said Ralph Lauren signed a lease on July 3.
