Montclair mixed-use gets LEED Silver

The Montclarion at Bay Street Station mixed-use building in downtown Montclair has been awarded LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for green homebuilding and design.

The LEED rating system is a program for buildings, homes and communities that are designed, constructed, maintained and operated for improved environmental performance. The five-story, 40-unit building includes ground-level retail space and was developed by Richard Polton and designed by Sionas Architecture.
