Keystone Property Group has been recognized by the Building Owners and Managers Association for its 30 Knightsbridge office property in Piscataway.

The 44-acre property won The Outstanding Building of the Year award in the category of over 500,000 square feet-under 1 million square feet.

The four-building, 700,000-square-foot campus is overseen by Keystone Property Group’s Joseph Dyer, Maria Rosario, Albert Bowden, Victor Diaz and Stephen Affuso.

“When we first acquired 30 Knightsbridge four years ago, we envisioned creating a modern, amenity-rich office destination capable of fostering community, unlocking employee energy and driving creativity,” Keystone President and COO Rich Gottlieb said. “New Jersey has long been known for its robust office market, and we have worked hard to differentiate this campus from the many impressive facilities throughout the state.”
