RCM elevates execs after Campanelli retirement

By ,

Chairman Bradley Vizi has been named executive chairman of RCM Technologies, following the June 1 retirement of Rocco Campanelli.

Pennsauken-based RCM, which markets business and technology solutions, will promote senior vice presidents at three operating units to division presidents, reporting to Vizi. Those include: Frank Petraglia, Energy Services; Michael Saks, Health Care Services; and Michael Boyle, Information Technology.

“The change in leadership structure is designed to better position the company to serve its diverse clients,” Vizi said. “It is not expected to change day-to-day operations.”

Chief Financial Officer Kevin Miller also will report to Vizi, and board member Roger Ballou will serve as lead independent director.

Campanelli will serve as a consultant during the leadership transition.

Vizi is also a member of the board of L.B. Foster, a Pittsburgh-based supplier of railroad products. He joined the RCM board in 2013.
