By ,

Mimeo, an online content management, printing, and distribution company, will close its Newark production facility this summer, taking 116 jobs to Memphis, Tenn.

The company accepted a 15-year Expansion Payment in Lieu of Taxes from the Economic Development Growth Engine of Memphis. As part of the agreement, Mimeo will also move 55 jobs from its headquarters in New York.

Mimeo will also add sales positions, while retaining 284 employees at its existing Memphis manufacturing and distribution facility.

The company is looking to consolidate its North American operations, expand its sales division, and co-locate its headquarters in the same facility, according to EDGE of Memphis.
