Dranoff Properties has launched the leasing of One Theater Square in Newark.
Located across from the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, the 22-story glass and brick skyscraper includes 245 units and 12,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space, a police substation and a 285-car garage.
“With everything for life, work and play just steps away, One Theater Square embodies a bold, new vision of downtown Newark,” Dranoff CEO Carl Dranoff said.
Residents are expected to begin moving in by mid-July.
“One Theater Square’s mix of market rate and affordable units provides a fair opportunity for all Newark residents who wish to make this remarkable building their new home,” NJPAC President and CEO John Schreiber said.
