Cole Schotz team reps Delos Capital in US Fitness investment

By ,

A team of lawyers at Cole Schotz, including Hackensack-based James Kim, represented private equity firm Delos Capital in its majority investment in Virginia-based US Fitness, which operates the Onelife Fitness, Crunch Fitness and Sport & Health brands in the mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

"Delos could not be more pleased to partner with US Fitness and HRS in this investment," said Matthew Constantino, founder of Delos Capital, in a statement. "By all metrics, US Fitness represents a best-in-class company and management team, and together we have identified a host of exciting opportunities to drive further value."

Co-Chairmen Kirk and John Galiani and President John Cristiano continue to own a portion of the company.

Kim worked with three lawyers from Cole Schotz New York office: James Stefanick, Samantha Epstein, and Rimma Tsvasman.
