A Commercial Café study shows Atlantic City’s Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa paid $20.4 million in property taxes last year, making it the top taxpaying property in New Jersey and the eighth highest-paying U.S. property outside New York.

The Mall at Short Hills was the 19th highest-paying property outside New York. Seventy-eight of the 100 properties listed are in New York.
