JLL has sold two office buildings located at Waterview Corporate Center in Parsippany for Mack-Cali Realty Corp. to two separate buyers in addition to the Waterview Marketplace project—a 150,150-square-foot shopping center to be anchored by a 47,558-square-foot Whole Foods.

The corporate center is a six-building, Class A office complex totaling approximately one million square feet.

JLL, which specializes in real estate and investment management, arranged the joint venture partnership between PGIM Real Estate and developers JMF Properties, RD Management LLC and Ripco Real Estate Corp. for the development of the Waterview Marketplace project.

Project partners broke ground on the shopping center last year, with completion expected in 2018.
