Elder-law attorney Jane Fearn-Zimmer has joined Flaster Greenberg PC as a shareholder in the Business and Corporate Department, which encompasses the elder law, special needs planning, trusts and estates and tax practice areas.
Fearn-Zimmer will work primarily in the firm’s Cherry Hill office. Her practice is dedicated to serving clients regarding elder and disability law, special needs planning, asset protection, tax and estate planning and estate administration.
Fearn-Zimmer also currently serves as the editor of the “Elder Law Report: Including Special Needs Planning,” a subscription-based publication of WoltersKluwers designed to update both experienced and aspiring elder and disability law attorneys in current developments, and to provide them with new practice tips.
Prior to joining the firm, Fearn-Zimmer practiced elder law and special needs planning with the Rothkoff Law Group.
