NJ's Monahan honored as CBRE's 2017 top Americas industrial producer

In a New Jersey first, Thomas Monahan, executive vice president, has been named CBRE’s top industrial professional in the Americas for 2017.

Monahan also earned top overall performance honors, in the state, for the third year running.

During 2017 Monahan completed more than 50 transactions cumulatively valued at more than $500 million dollars including two Middlesex County leases at 718,200 and 923,000 square feet, respectively.

“Tom continues to deliver remarkable results for his clients through a combination of deep market expertise, strong strategic leadership, comprehensive financial acumen and a unique ability to identify opportunities ahead of the market,” CBRE Senior Managing Director, Jeff Hipschman, said in a release.

Already in 2018 Monahan and his team have represented Murray Construction and Duke Realty in leases of 404,000 and 354,250 square feet, respectively.

CBRE has 30,000 employees in its 170 U.S. offices.

Monahan has also been recognized repeatedly by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors as the region’s top industrial sales producer.
