The New Jersey Chamber of Commerce has announced Laura Hahn as director of government relations.
Hahn’s responsibilities in the new role will include advocating for the business community regarding economic development, taxation and health care. She reports to Michael Egenton, executive vice president of government relations.
Hahn has previously served as legislative liaison for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, legislative director and chief of staff for former Assemblywoman Donna Simon and as an aide in Gov. Christie’s Office of Constituent Relations.
"I look forward to using my experience in state government to promote New Jersey Chamber of Commerce member companies and to help foster the kind of business climate in which businesses here will flourish,” Hahn said.
