Cranford multifamily sale sets new benchmark in Union, GHA says

Brokerage firm Gebroe-Hammer Associates completed the sale of 10 townhome-style units in Cranford.

The firm’s Adam Zweibel and Gehane Triarsi arranged the sale for $3.75 million of the Hamlet at Cranford, located off the main thoroughfare of Commerce Drive and Raritan Road.

The property features 10 two-bedroom units that occupy two three-story buildings. The exteriors of each unit have attached garages and private one-car driveways. The NJ Transit bus service is available at the corner of McKinley Street and Commerce Drive.

Gebroe-Hammer associates has been active in Union County recently. Over two different transactions, the firm has sold 57 units in Millburn and Cranford.
