Litigation group joins Sills Cummis & Gross PC.
Litigators James Tyrrell Jr., George Talarico, Elissa Glasband, Eric Westenberger and Patrick Gilmartin have joined Sills Cummis & Gross PC as members of the firm. The group — led by Tyrrell, who will also serve as co-chair of the firm’s Mass Tort Practice group — will focus on mass tort, product liability and commercial litigation.
Tyrrell has worked on high-profile cases throughout his career, including representing the City of New York and 150 contractors in World Trade Center litigation for cases of toxic exposure, following the attacks of 9/11.

The group joins the firm from Locke Lord, where Tyrrell served as co-chair of the Product Liability group. Glasband, Westenberger and Gilmartin are all part of the team that previously left Patton Boggs, with Tyrrell, in 2014.
