Milk & Cookies, a cookie delivery service in Princeton and Lawrenceville, has expanded from delivery-only to operating its own retail bakery.
Located at 14 Chambers St. in Princeton, the bakery sells a variety of cookies, from chocolate chip to ginger, peppermint bark to vegan oat chip.
“We are your hometown cookie shop, your go-to when you need something sweet and special to share,” said Lauren Ariev Gellman, the shop’s owner. “Everything we make is baked with love.”
Gellman began delivering her sweet treats in 2016, making runs up until 2 a.m. to studious college students and folks around town.
“Perfect for long nights in just doing homework,” one reviewer on their Facebook page said.
People were coming through the doors all day on the shop’s first day open, Gellman told NJBIZ. The shop is open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday.
In addition to warm cookies, the shop also sells—and delivers—nice cold milk.
