Gov. Phil Murphy signed an executive order Tuesday establishing the Jobs and Economic Opportunity Council.

The Council will be directed to provide Murphy with economic advice and recommendations for stimulating job growth and workforce development in New Jersey.

Pretty simple governor. Stop putting barriers in the way of businesses for your political gain. Stop treating business and business owners as profit centers and start seeing them as the engine that drives the economy and employs our citizens. I am not holding my breath that you will do that however.

Would do better if he would reduce regulations and taxes to make NJ more business friendly. That would create more jobs.
