Flatbread Grill leased at: 26 Journal Square, Jersey City; From: LLC/ Kushner Companies; Size: 1,554 square feet; Broker: TGG Urban Division

Playa Bowls leased at: 305 East Ridgewood Ave., Ridgewood; from: Clotco Inc.; Size: 1,504 square feet; Broker: TGG Urban Division

Metro PCS leased at 432 Bergen St., Harrision; From: MPC Associates; Size: 2,000 square feet; Broker: TGG Urban Division

Cuteicles Nail Salon leased at: 410 Central Ave., Jersey City; From: KABR Properties; Size: 2,210 square feet

The Goldstein Group represents over 12 million square feet and more than 50 national and regional retailers.
