Investors Bank launches new equipment financing group

By ,

Short Hills-based Investors Bank will introduce a new equipment financing group, a form of asset-backed lending to middle market commercial and industrial companies.

The new group will be led by Kenneth Walters, who, along with his team, was hired after spending nearly four years as a managing director at EverBank Capital Equipment Finance.

He will report to Mark Noto, senior vice president of the bank’s commercial and industrial lending, and will be based at the bank’s branch in Iselin. The team will seek to take advantage of cross-selling opportunities between the equipment financing group and Investor Bank’s commercial and industrial lenders in New York and New Jersey.
