Chatham-based law firm Nukk-Freeman & Cerra has taken on a new associate, Iman Wells.
Wells will focus on defense of management in employment-related disputes. Her previous experience includes serving as an ADA-compliance consultant for Verizon and clerking for Superior Court Judge Bahir Kamil.
Wells will help employers avoid liability and prevent litigation by focusing on employee handbooks, policies, performance improvement plans, disciplinary materials and separation agreements and releases.
Additionally, two other attorneys within NFC have been promoted to counsel--Ryan Carlson and Jennifer Levanchy, who also focus on representation of management in employment disputes.
