Fisher Development Associates says its latest downtown Jersey City project, Vantage, has reached 50 percent leased.
The developer’s marketing and leasing agent, The Marketing Directors, reached the milestone within five months of opening.
“The demand at Vantage has been steady since we first introduced the property to the public,” Fisher Development Associates’ Principal Brian Fisher said in a news release. “This landmark residential building has quickly made a name for itself with renters from both sides of the Hudson River who want upscale high-rise living in a commuter-friendly location.”
The developer said more than 300 residents have moved into Vantage.
The development, located at 33 Park View Ave., is in the Liberty Harbor North neighborhood and stands adjacent to the Paulus Hook and Van Vost Park neighborhoods. Vantage also sits adjacent to a Hudson-Bergen light rail station and minutes away from the Grove Street Path stations and New York Waterway ferry service.
Fisher Development Associates said it is pursuing a LEED certification from the US Green Building Council for Vantage.
