Raj Gadhok has joined Mandelbaum Salsburg as a litigation partner, the Roseland-based law firm announced.
Gadhok joins from Kozyra & Hartz, where he represented former Rutgers University basketball staffer Eric Murdock in a high-profile wrongful termination case that ultimately was settled in August 2016.
"I have known many of the Mandelbaum Salsburg attorneys for years and I am extremely excited for the opportunity to join this nationally recognized firm. I look forward to being part of the team and to continue working with my clients, friends and colleagues in the area," Gadhok said in a statement.
Gadhok focuses on civil litigation including complex business disputes; employment discrimination; whistleblower and wrongful termination cases; catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice cases; and contested estate matters.
“I am thrilled to have Raj as a part of our team,” said William S. Barrett, CEO of Mandelbaum Salsburg, in a statement. His diverse background and strong work ethic fits nicely with both the firm’s full-service approach and its culture. He adds a unique depth to our ranks.”
